Thursday was vendor day. I had scheduled several meetings with vendors to discuss their products and offerings, mostly to address what I saw as gaps in our security program. The idea was to meet up with product managers and listen to what they had to offer, what their product roadmaps were, and find out if they might add value through improving existing products we use or with new products and services.
